How to get rid of sweet consumption

The consumption of sweets is one of the most pressing problems of modern people, the sweet life has bitter consequences:

  • obesity - with every spoonful of white crystals we get 20-30 calories, which turn into fat deposits;
  • diabetes mellitus;
  • reduced immunity;
  • atherosclerosis;
  • damage to the walls of blood vessels;
  • decreased strength of bone tissues;
  • breeding in the mouth of microorganisms that destroy tooth enamel.

Researchers studied a group of people and noticed that the craving for sweets, as well as for foods rich in fats, increases in those who are chronically stressed. The synthesis of ghrelin increases in this state. It is a hormone that is produced in the cells of the mucous membrane of the stomach and stimulates appetite. Stress is one of the most common reasons for eating too much sweets.

British doctors believe that the number of free sugars from food and drinks should not exceed 5% of the daily diet.

This means that the average adult can have no more than 30 grams of sugars (that's about 7 cc's) a day.

The American Heart Association recommends no more than 24 g of sugar for women and no more than 36 g, or 9 scoops, for men.

It turns out that you can drink no more than 2 to 3 cups of tea with sugar or less than a can of Coke a day. The latter can have 9 sugar cubes.

We would like to eliminate stress and problems from our lives and voila - the issue is solved. But for people in the real world, there is no other option than to learn how to cope with stress and adapt our bodies to daily physical and mental stress without consequences.

A lot of research by scientists shows that cannabidiol, or simply CBD, can reduce stress, anxiety, insomnia, feelings of fear and a lot of other disorders by affecting the receptors in the central nervous system. It is worth finding a convenient form for you, whether it is oil drops, capsules, jellies and choose the necessary dosage for the desired effect on your own by observing yourself. And if CBD will not completely rid you of eating sweets, it will certainly change your life for the better.
