Shake before use!
Hold this oil under your tongue for a few minutes to allow the oil to absorb through the tiny capillaries that sit just below the surface of the mucus membrane. Alternatively, mix a few drops of oil with your morning coffee, tea, or smoothie.
Store in an upright position in a cool and dark place.
10-mL bottle of CBD oil contains about 200 drops. Each drop of full spectrum 10% oil contains 10 mg of CBD.
The amount of CBD you should take depends on a range of factors, including:
- your body weight
- the condition you’re treating
- your individual body chemistry
- the concentration of CBD in each pill, capsule, drop, or gummy
It’s best to start with a smaller dosage and gradually increase it. This could mean starting with 20 to 40 mg a day, or 1-3 drops 2 times a day. After a week, increase this amount a little. Continue this until you feel that it’s effectively treating your symptoms.

The main difference is taste and smell. The capsules have a neutral taste, and the oil has a pronounced nutty flavor. If you suffer from nausea or cannot stand the smell of nuts, opt for capsules.
