Full spectum oil contains a full range of beneficial components extracted from hemp. The concentration of 10% is not high, therefore it is recommended for those users who are just getting acquainted with CBD products. This oil can be used by people for whom 5% oil doesn’t work anymore, and there is no indication for switching to higher dosages.

Full spectrum products contain all the compounds naturally found in the cannabis plant, including terpenes, essential oils, and other cannabinoids. They work together to increase the effectiveness of cannabinoids. This is called the entourage effect.
Shake before use!
Hold this oil under your tongue for a few minutes to allow the oil to absorb through the tiny capillaries that sit just below the surface of the mucus membrane. Alternatively, mix a few drops of oil with your morning coffee, tea, or smoothie.
Store in an upright position in a cool and dark place.
10-mL bottle of CBD oil contains about 200 drops. Each drop of full spectrum 10% oil contains 5 mg of CBD.
The amount of CBD you should take depends on a range of factors, including:
- your body weight
- the condition you’re treating
- your individual body chemistry
- the concentration of CBD in each pill, capsule, drop, or gummy
It’s best to start with a smaller dosage and gradually increase it. This could mean starting with 20 to 40 mg a day, or 1-3 drops 2 times a day. After a week, increase this amount a little. Continue this until you feel that it’s effectively treating your symptoms.
